Wonder Woman

        I am cutting close to the outline of the body of Wonder Woman so
I can really talk to her. I have to take her out of her context where
she lies flat, in order to give her a chance to puff up, breathe
really, and brush off some of the dust on her shoulders.
        I take the scissors and cut so closely, so gently, along her legs
and around the curve of her crotch so I don't cut her there, mutilate
her in any way. I do this for her so I can take her somewhere. In a
way I feel she deserves this, but is this falsely liberating her?
Maybe she doesn't want to be out of her context.
       Maybe she's comfortable and happy there.
